When I click on my thumbprint radio station it says it is no longer available. I can see the list of songs but can only play one at a time. What happened to my list?
My thumbprint radio does not work either. Is there any way to fix this? I deleted the app and signed back in and it still does not work.
My thumbprint radio says "It no longer exists" when I click on it. I have read another thread, and refreshed the app and nothing helps. I really loved this feature, and it bums me out I cannot use it, and haven't been able to for a long time. Please help! I have a Samsung Galaxy S9, Sprint Network.

We have made a small change that should help - can you please try force closing the app/refreshing the site to confirm it is working again?
