When I click on my thumbprint radio station it says it is no longer available. I can see the list of songs but can only play one at a time. What happened to my list?

My thumbprint radio does not work either. Is there any way to fix this? I deleted the app and signed back in and it still does not work.
My thumbprint radio says "It no longer exists" when I click on it. I have read another thread, and refreshed the app and nothing helps. I really loved this feature, and it bums me out I cannot use it, and haven't been able to for a long time. Please help! I have a Samsung Galaxy S9, Sprint Network.

My thumbprint radio has disappeared from my mobile phone. The phone is a Galaxy S7 edge. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it did not fix the problem.

If you continue to experience issues with this, can you please follow up with some additional information so that I can pass your feedback over to our engineers?

- Where are you listening (home, work, or on the go)?
- Is this happening on all your stations or just your Thumbprint Radio?
- Is this happening when you are on Wi-Fi or cellular data?
- Is this happening on all your devices or just one?
Device Info:
- Model:
- Carrier:
- Android version (Settings > About Phone):
- Pandora version:
- If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
- If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora

We have made a small change that should help - can you please try force closing the app/refreshing the site to confirm it is working again?
