I hope someone here can help me because this is frustrating: I have downloaded a couple hundred songs but recently in offline mode it tells me I have no downloads, and when I connect to WiFi or data and remove a song and redownload it I get the same message when I try to access it offline.

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Our engineers are aware of this issue with downloads starting to download again and are working on it. Please be on the look out for an upcoming update on your device. This will hopefully fix this issue. If you're still experiencing this problem after the update, please let us know.
