Music skips in Offline mode

Still doesn't work with the new update?? Still keeps skipping tracks offline ??12/20/19 ??? Do we get a free month or a refund for it not working this long ??

I checked in with our User Support team, and it appears that you already have a case open with one of our specialists.

  • I’d recommend signing out of the app and signing back in, which will reset the download process.
  • Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes.

I have a Google Pixel 3A.  I am not receiving any error messages but it will not play.  It keeps bouncing from one song to another without starting to play any of them.

@shannonaz7 If you haven't yet already, try updating the app to the latest version.

Here's how to update the Pandora app on your Android device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Touch the menu icon in the upper left and select My apps & games.
  3. Apps with available updates are labeled Update.
  4. Choose any appropriate apps and tap Update.

Tip: In some cases, you may need to restart your device to update an app.


If you continue to experience issues with this, I recommend running through the suggestions @AlyssaPandora provided in her message above.
