Offline mode cuts in and out

While in offline mode I pick a station it starts the. 4- 5 seconds later song cuts off .. sometimes for a min or 2 some times for good 

 

If it comes back on it might be on same song or a diff song then same thing again .. cuts out 

 

Running on android s8+

Started about 2 months ago n still doing it

Hi @Crazyeagle sorry to hear those steps didn't help. 

If you don't mind, I'd like for you to try an additional troubleshooting step. 

Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. 

  1. Open your device Settings
  2. Tap Apps
  3. Scroll down to find Pandora
  4. Select Storage
  5. On the storage details page tap Clear Data.

You will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.

Does this happen when you're not listening in Offline Mode too?

Could you provide a few more details about your device and app?

  • Model: Samsung Galaxy S8+
  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Build number (Settings > About Phone):
  • Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version:
    • If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
    • If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora

Let me know what you find out.

i have tried the steps you provided in the above link

even tried to download a few new stations to try them

still same thing ..
