When searching for friends, the profiles won't load. Keeps saying error to all.
What's going on?

Pandora Update 4/1/21:
Hi everyone, the issue with user profiles not loading on Find Friends should now be resolved. If you continue to have trouble, please sign out of the app and then back in again.
Keep in mind, profiles that are set to 'Private' will not appear on Find Friends.
Let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

Occurs when I am on both, data and Wi-Fi. The same for my husband's phone and his phone is a Motorola and a newer model.
Thumbnail picture of searched friend's stopped showing up first while profile was still viewable and a few days after that the message " Error Loading Profile" appeared.
