@Lmhughes474 Merging multiple accounts is not currently a feature.
If you'd like to see this option added to Pandora I recommend creating a new thread in our Ideas space - this will give others around the community a chance to upvote your idea if it's something they are interested in as well.
As a workaround, you can share content from one account to the other. You can find steps on how to share content from your collection here. I would then suggest deleting the account you no longer need to help avoid confusion in the future. If you need help on how to delete your account, you can find those steps here.
In the meantime, I have also created a ticket with our support team for you.
They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.
Thanks for your patience!

Hello,
My name is David and I live in Florida. I have two separate accounts for my Pandora. One is for through my Roku on my Vizio TV and the other is through my phone. Two separate Emails and two separate accounts, can they be joined as one with one charge instead of two.

@19DJ61 (Hello David) here is some information that may help you.
Hi David! Unfortunately, Pandora does not currently offer a feature to merge two separate accounts into one. However, there are a couple of workarounds you might consider:
Share Content Between Accounts: You can transfer your favorite stations or playlists from one account to another. This way, you can consolidate your music preferences into a single account.
Delete the Extra Account: Once you've transferred your content, you can delete the account you no longer need to avoid confusion.
If you'd like to see a merging feature added to Pandora, you can suggest it. This allows other users to upvote your idea, potentially bringing it to Pandora's attention.
If you need further assistance you can reach out to one of these moderators that would love to help you. @AlyssaPandora, @AdamPandora, @ErickPandora, @TannerPandora, @MariaPandora, and @LeonPandora one of them could easily direct you in the right direction, and answer any further questions you may have. Have a blessed day.
Take care and GOD bless.

Would I loose all the songs on my Playlist if I changed accounts. If I am
understanding correctly all I would have to do is make my phone go under
the same account as my Roku/Vizio, then delete the one my phone is
currently on.

@19DJ61 (David) here is what I was able to find for you, I hope this gives you more clarification. If you still need help I will be on until 9 or 9:30pm.
Linking Accounts: To keep your playlists and favorite stations intact, ensure all your devices (phone, Roku, Vizio, etc.) are signed in using the same Pandora account. That way, your playlists and preferences will be synced across devices.
Transferring Content: Unfortunately, Pandora doesn't offer a direct way to transfer playlists between accounts. If you have separate accounts, you would need to recreate your playlists manually on the account you want to keep or explore third-party tools that might help with this (though proceed with caution when using third-party services).
Deleting the Extra Account: Once you're confident all your music and preferences are consolidated under one account, you can delete the unnecessary account to avoid confusion.
If you delete an account that contains playlists without recreating them on the desired account, you will lose access to those playlists. So double-check that everything important is saved under the account you're keeping.
If you'd like further clarification, feel free to ask anyone of the moderators I had posted on the previous post.
Take care and GOD bless.
