Getting More Skips / Skip Button Not Working

There's a bug when you click the get more skips button in the desktop browser. I was in the middle of an ad to get more skips and the ad just stopped, resume button did not work, the ad finally stopped but the overlay was still there and couldn't get out of it.

• Do you remember what the ad was for?
• Has this happened again today?
• Are there any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?

Every time I try to skip to the next song it keeps giving me the loading symbol it seems to do this on every station.

I've asked our User Support team to enable a trace on your account so we can get a better understanding what's happening. 

Looks like you're using Chrome, if you haven't already, would you mind running through the following troubleshooting steps here.
