Premium Session Ads

I watch ads to get a premium session on pandora but when I try to do so on my laptop the video just doesn't start. Other music from stations still plays, but the ads don't work.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

1. If you are on a computer, what browser are you using?
   
2. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
   
3. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? (If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, just let me know and I'll be happy to provide you with some additional steps.)

I'm using Google Chrome. There is no error message. I tried to screenshot and it didn't work - but it pulls up the video and there's a blank video screen but then it exits out and there's an empty grey bar to the side.
