Web: Something went wrong error when viewing station details

LewisState
Local Performer

The music is working fine. However, when I want to look at station seeds, thumbs up/down tracks on a station, I get a "Something went wrong" error. On a desktop, using Chrome. I've already tried several suggestions on this site, such as: updating chrome, clearing browser data, restarting PC, logging in/out, adblockers on/off. This issue began about 2 days ago.

Hearing out of place tracks on your station:

The next time it happens, please give the out of place track that plays a thumbs down and write us back with the following:

  • The name of the station you were listening to: OST Radio
  • The date/time the out of place track(s) played
  • The name(s) of the out of place artist(s) on the station.
  • The title(s) of the out of place track(s) that played.
  • Were you able to give the out of place track(s) a Thumbs down?
  • Were you listening using a Pandora Mode like Crowd Faves, Discovery or Deep Cuts?

Also if possible, please grab a screenshot of the out of place track that plays, and send that in a reply to this message.

Thanks for the help!

Something has gone wrong. We're working on this issue, and we'll have things back to normal soon. Whenever I open the Pandora app on Windows and go to the thumbs-up section I get this error. I reinstalled pandora same issue

Hi @alyoob, thanks for posting.

Let's try some troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue.

First, try resetting the Pandora app from the Help menu (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you). Press Alt on your keyboard to bring up a menu options at the top of the page, then select Help and Reset App Data.

Let me know how it goes!
