I've been getting the message attached below for the past couple of days. I'm using a laptop, Windows 11, Brave browser, the ad blockers are turned off for Pandora and yet nothing seems to work. The Pandora app on my phone works, it's using the same wifi, router and modem. How do I fix this?

Still happening. Yes, I have restarted the computer. Yes, I have tried to use 3 different browsers. No, my IT dept. hasn't blocked anything.
Thankyou

Any updates to this? This problem is still occurring for me. Sometimes it will happen multiple times in a row, song after song; sometimes it will happen a few times a day; and sometimes it can go days without occurring. Very annoying. I pay for Pandora and am considering canceling my subscription if there isn't some sort of resolution.

Hey, @kustomdan. ๐
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with that error message. To keep everything organized, I moved your post over to this existing thread: Web: "We're having trouble playing audio on this device" Error
If you're using any ad blockers, please check out this article in our help center: How to Allowlist Pandora with your Ad Blocker
Troubleshooting:
Please try rebooting your computer to see if this helps resolve the error message.
- Shut down your device completely;
- Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in;
- Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up;
- Turn your device back on and try Pandora again.
If you continue to have trouble, let us know and please confirm whether you're using the Pandora Desktop App or a specific web browser.

I too am having the same issue and message as the OP. Tried EVERYTHING, including clearing browser history cache, etc. Then found a fix, for now.
I closed all browser and opened an INCOGNITO Chrome browser and logged in again.
WORKS FOR NOW.
Hope Pandora finds the bug and fixes it.

Hi @oracare , welcome to the community!
To confirm, are you listening from a Windows computer? Is it only happening through Chrome, or through other browsers like Firefox or Edge too? Is your browser updated to the latest version?
Now, if it works on an incognito window on Chrome, this means the issue may be caused by a browser setting or extension.
I understand that you tried some troubleshooting steps like erasing cache and browser history, but can you tell me if you have already tried this as well? And if you haven't tried, can you please try it and let me know how it goes?
- Allow pop-ups for Pandora under Settings > Privacy & Security > Site Settings.
- Turn off extensions like Disable HTML5 Autoplay, Adblock, and NoScript, or allow www.pandora.com within them.
- If you have a VPN, please check VPN settings to ensure Pandora isnโt blocked.
Let me know how it goes!
