'Most listened to' stations showing incorrect hours

Pandora Update 07/02/2020: Hi everyone!

Our engineering team is aware of the issue with the "Hours Listened To" time stamp resetting.

They are currently looking into it and are working on a resolution. 🛠

@AlyssaPandora  Just an update - the hours have changed to much smaller totals, but they are still way off as far as how many hours I've listened to each. Newer stations are showing over a hundred hours and ones I've actually listened to for years now are showing very few hours.

The stations that had waaaay to many hours now changed to waaay to low. They are all under 100 hours now. Still 2/3rds of my channels show no hours. Not all that important but its like my own trophy system.

Listened to my KMK radio for 4 hours yesterday morning and it still today shows 0 secs. Are the timers broke? Before the hours were messed up this channel had over 100 hours on it

My stations have reset and reshuffled multiple times in the past 2 months. This week, they were all reset again. 

Is there any update on this?

Most here seem to have randomly gained hours while I've lost hours. I've been using Pandora about a decade now and had thousands of hours on stations, a few were over 3000 if I recall correctly...now my most listened to station is 220 hours...what? They must have got reset at some point?

I came on here to see if there was an update. I logged on today and my hours reset, which is unfortunate, as I had stations with hundreds of hours gathered from the past 10 years. Not that it's the most important thing in the world, but I liked keeping track of which stations were truly my most listened to and I feel like that data from the past 10 years is now gone.

what's going on with the hours listened to stats?

it's been messed up for months. every now and then i notice the numbers shuffle up, but they're still wildly inaccurate- some stations listed as 0, some listed at 10,000.

i probably pay too much attention to this, but i have some ideas of what might be going wrong- though it seems like someone with more insight than me should have figured this out by now?

i feel like pandora should understand better than anyone my desire to track data surrounding music...

Here is a screenshot of many stations that have been reset to 0 seconds. I've spent far more than 0 seconds listening to them. They were "reset' to 0 seconds and "reshuffled" to the bottom of the most listened list...

Only 5 to 6 months later and issue still exists, that's some progression.  I smell a lack of automated testing, particularly regression testing... 

In case they want to log more, firefox v83 64bit on win7 64bit shows more than half my stations as 0 seconds listened to, on an account that had more than half the stations with 100+ hours.  Also occurs on samsung s6.  Please don't respond by saying your engineers are looking into it- may take a photo of the bug status in a bug tracker cause faith is dwindling anyone is working on this issue...

Of the stations that have reset to "0 seconds" in your collection, can you recall if you've played any of them within the last year?
