Why is my Pandora not working on my Element tv, its pre programed?

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
- Are you receiving an error message? If so, what does it say?
- Does the playback stop?
- Does the app crash?
I'd also like to start with some standard troubleshooting:
First make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete.
If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps:
- Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps.
- Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device.
- Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device).

I always listen to pandora on my phone the app is still on there but when I click on it it will not play

Hi Ljones3 - Not sure if this will help or not. I listen to Pandora on my iOS device and my Element non-Smart TV ๐ and recently experienced the TV App (Amazon Firestick) had no sound. The Phone app worked fine. Did an IT Support 101 step and signed out of the TV App and signed back in. When I chose 'Sign In' it immediately gave me directions to activate on the mobile app. Took about 5 seconds and I was back in business. Hope this helps! Stay safe and have a great day
