I checked your account and you are direct-billed through Pandora. You can update your information through the subscription section of your account.
This is more easily done through a computer, but you can update through mobile device.
If you're using a computer:
- You'll need to make sure you're logged into your Pandora account and then go to your subscription details page.
If you're using a mobile device:
- Go to the Pandora website.
- Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.
- Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted. You may need to select Subscription after logging in)

i have a new credit card number

My debit card number changed. The only option I now see to change the card information is to "update" my subscription as it appears it was cancelled by being billed to the old card.
However, I don't want to lose ten years of curated playlists I have made
If I select the "upgrade" option, which is the premium account I have had for years, will I lose everything stored in my account?
And why isn't there a simple method of updating payment information? I really have no idea how I initially signed up, but I checked PayPal and Google and I don't pay through them for the app. To the best of my knowledge I signed up directly through Pandora.

Sorry for any trouble you've experienced. Looks like you're both upgraded directly through our website. Please use the following directions to change your billing information or subscription plan.
To change your subscription from a computer:
- Using your computer, log in to the Pandora website.
- Click the icon (initial or picture) in the upper right corner > Settings > Subscription.
- Enter your new billing information or click Switch Plans to choose a different subscription plan.
- Click Save when finished and enter your current password when prompted for confirmation.
To change your subscription from a mobile device:
- Go to the Pandora website.
- Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.)
- Select Update to enter your new billing information and Save your changes.
- Select Switch Plans to change your subscription option and Confirm.
Any changes you make to your billing information or subscription plan will take effect upon the next renewal date.
