@bigjohn25 It looks like your account is upgraded directly through the Pandora website.

Hi @KATHYKING 

I checked your account and you are direct-billed through Pandora. You can update your information through the subscription section of your account.

This is more easily done through a computer, but you can update through mobile device.

If you're using a computer:

  • Go to the Pandora website.
  • Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.
  • Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted. You may need to select Subscription after logging in)
