Unable to make Payment

I have been trying to resolve an error in attempting to pay pandora.  

I have attempted multiple credit cards

I have spoken to the credit card people
I have tried on multiple computers
Multiple browsers - cleared cache - everything
I have tried many many many times to get pandora to take my money - this is unacceptable.

Please read all the open tickets - read this email.  Read my plea's to get this resolved.
Is there a live person who can respond by phone or chat in a thoughtful way?
I just want to pay money

I am not receiving any help - as you can see by the number of cases I have opened.  Is there someone I can speak to? Is there someone who can help - the email responses have not yielded a solution. 

This is very poor customer service for someone who just want to pay a company money. 

Please help me resolve this issue - apparently I am not the only person to have this issue
