Thanks for explaining @mmcc. It sounds like the issue may be related to the network you're using to connect to Pandora. Please try connecting your devices directly via an Ethernet cable and see if that helps. If there is no change, try rebooting your connection:  Shut down your device completely; Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in; Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up; Turn your device back on and try Pandora again. If Pandora still isn't working, could you check if you're able to connect to your network using another streaming service, such as YouTube? You might also try connecting your device to an entirely different network, or using a different device on your current network, to see if your streaming improves. Let me know how it goes!  ... I would like to ask you though to please double check if you are sharing the real artist or if you are sharing a diffusion/personal channel of a person sharing a song made by someone else. For example the song He is Exalted/great is the lord - They're two different songs by Maranatha! Music, and they have different versions and are already on Pandora: He Is Exalted/Great Is The Lord (Medley) by Maranatha! Music He Is Exalted and Great is the Lord by Marantha! Music Also found another version: He Is Exalted by Maranatha! Praise Band Another example would be the song I Exalt Thee. It was shared on the pastorloran channel and even he specified on his video that he doesn't own the song or the lyrics. We do have different versions by different artists of that same song, for example: I Exalt Thee by Phil Driscol or I Exalt Thee by Integrity Worship Singers. Definitely, my favorite Ozzy's song is Crazy Train. I even had it as a ring tone although it always scared the hell out of the people that were around when my phone rang so I had to change it. Another one I love is One More Time and Mr. Crowley is also one of my favorites, @amendez . I also like Changes, I think is a very good song and kind of fits the mood considering the topic, I know it talks about his older daughter but still talks about loosing someone. Hi @TroyMagnum , thanks for posting. We can only legally offer Pandora services to listeners located in the United States. This applies to free and paid accounts on all supported devices. Unfortunately, using a VPN while trying to stream Pandora is not supported.  Sometimes, folks will be able to use Pandora with an unsupported device or service, but that functionality may break unintentionally due to updates to the app or OS meant to address other issues. Hi @wsualum95 ,  Sorry to hear you are having trouble seeing the Shuffle feature. Checking your account it appears that you began a complimentary Premium session, which allows you to interact with an ad to access on-demand content at no cost. These Premium sessions allow you to create playlists, and collect songs or albums and because of these extra features the general display changes. However, you'll still have access to all of your stations and the Shuffle feature under My Collection if you filter it by Stations. When the Premium session expires you'll be returned to your regular Pandora app experience. Hope this helps clarify. ... View more

To keep things tidy I've merged your post with this one: iOS: Playback stops when screen is locked If you haven't already, please try out these steps: Uninstall, then reinstall the app- To do this, hold down the Pandora icon on the home screen until all the icons start shaking. Then tap the tiny "x" that appears in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to delete the app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on the device. Restart your iPhone after doing this. Please note that you may need to re-download some of your offline content after reinstalling the app.  If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know.
