Thanks for your patience - I reached out to some of our engineers for some clarification around this. We have a functionality with Alexa where it will create new stations and delete the oldest ones on the account to help avoid hitting the station limit.  Unfortunately, it seems that this feature is no longer looking at when the station was last listened to, so it's causing some trouble. This is something they are aware of and currently working on a resolution for.  In the meantime, if you ask Alexa for those stations, she will recreate them for you. How many people/relatives can use an individual Pandora Premium subscription: To clarify, you can play your account on any supported computer or device you own, however, only one person can listen at a time on your account. If our system detects that your account is playing on more than one device at the same time, you will be notified with an audio and/or display message that pauses your music. Creating additional profiles for an account: There is not currently a way to create additional profiles for an account.  Alternatively, you could play music from multiple Pandora accounts if you upgrade to the family plan. Pandora Premium Family allows you to upgrade up to 6 unique Pandora Premium accounts, and use all 6 of them simultaneously. @Jake6984 I had someone from our support team take a look and it does appear you recently signed up for the 6-month trial of Pandora Premium at the cost of Pandora Plus. When you signed up for our six month trial of Pandora Premium at no additional cost, you did not actually have six months left on your paid Plus subscription. Since an active Plus subscription is required in order to continue to receive Premium at the Plus rate, we will renew your regular Plus subscription on your regular billing date, even though you were still enjoying the benefits of Premium. Despite this charge, you'll still have access to Premium features for the remainder of your six month trial. At the end of the six month trial you'll be charged a prorated amount for your continued Premium subscription. This prorated amount is calculated by considering how many months of Plus you will forfeit when your Premium trial transitions to a normal Premium subscription. We take the total cost of those forfeited months and subtract it from the normal Premium rate of $109.89. Should you decide to continue your annual subscription in following years, you'll be charged the standard Premium rate. I hope this helps to clarify things a bit. If you'd prefer to cancel your trial completely or return to Plus at the end of the six months, just let me know. @belllester1234 Pandora accounts actually follow the email address - not the device or phone number.  You should be able to access your Pandora account by signing into the app using the email address your Pandora account is registered with, along with your password. @Dennis1 Thank you for clarifying that with me - I believe this thread matches your issue a little better since you are running into trouble with your Thumbprint Radio repeating tracks. I recommend checking out @AlyssaPandora's suggestions above to help with this. Continue to rate tracks that play on your station with either a Thumbs Up or a Thumbs Down and over time it should prevent Thumbprint Radio from becoming too repetitive. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ My Thumbs Up Playlist: Another alternative would be to upgrade to Pandora Premium. With Pandora Premium, not only will you have the ability to stream content on demand, but you will also be able to take advantage of your My Thumbs Up playlist.  My Thumbs Up is a playlist that collects your Thumbed-Up tracks from each of your stations. When you sign up for Pandora Premium, we begin it by adding your 1,000 most recent Thumbs (if you have that many). Moving forward, every time you Thumb Up a song on one of your stations or eligible playlists, it will be automatically added to My Thumbs Up. @Dennis1 I see what you are saying now.   Removing Thumbs Up from Thumbprint Radio: It is true that anything you Thumb Up in your Thumbprint Radio station will also add to the total number of Thumbs mentioned in the "Music inspired by your XX 👍🏽across all your stations" message.   With that being said, you initially mentioned you accidentally thumbed up a track while listening to Thumbprint Radio. Did you still need help removing that track from your list? Or did you want to keep that track on your Thumbs Up list? Let me know. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Thumbs Up showing in profile vs. number displayed on Thumbprint Radio: To clarify, Thumbprint Radio is inspired by both your total number of Thumbs Up given on your collected station, as well as your total number of Thumbs Down you've given. So the number showing in the "Music inspired by your XX 👍🏽across all your stations" message will be higher than the number showing on your profile, as that number only includes the total number of Thumbs Up you've provided on your stations. @Dennis1 Deleting those thumb ratings on your Thumbprint Radio station won't prevent them from playing again. With that being said, I was unable to reproduce the issue you mentioned where you are unable to remove those thumbs with the instructions @TannerPandora provided.
