@XyuBAM Great question! We are currently working on getting the ❤️option added directly to that page. In the meantime, the easiest way to upvote the idea is to first navigate to the Feature Requests space.  You can then sort the requests by selecting the Shuffle label located on the right hand side of the screen (these are listed alphabetically, so you will need to click next until you locate Shuffle). See screenshot here:   You can then scroll down to locate the feature request you wish to upvote - click on the empty ❤️icon and it will fill in once it is clicked. The skip limit allows us to balance royalty costs with our desire to maximize access to free listening on Pandora. To clarify, a skip is counted when you skip a track, Thumbs down a song or tell us "I'm tired of this track". To provide the best listening experience, we actively test the amount of skips that listeners receive. One way you can receive more skips is to watch a short video from one of our advertisers. After completing this activity, your skips will be automatically added to your account, and will expire within one hour of the time they were issued. Alternatively, you may consider upgrading to Pandora Plus for unlimited skips, replays and offline listening. @kjmenchio Subscriptions purchased on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) are billed through Apple, so any billing discrepancies are handled by their support team. To request a refund through Apple, please follow these steps from a computer or mobile device: Visit this link. Select Billing and Subscriptions and then Subscriptions & Purchases. Select Request a Refund twice. Sign into the Apple ID account that was billed. You may have to complete a two-factor authorization to continue.
