Thanks for the follow up @SDSportsAcu. I removed your Yamaha connection from my end. When this takes affect you'll automatically be logged out - this may not happen immediately. Did you mention that you tried a factory reset? Not ideal, but may help in this situation.

If you are using the Sonos Controller app, are you streaming from your mobile device or from a computer? If you're streaming from a mobile device, are you using the S1 or S2 app? I also recommend submitting a diagnostic to Sonos with the steps outlined here. Then write back with the confirmation number you received. Additionally, if you're able to include a screenshot or picture of the error messages you see, I'd like to include it in the report.

Hi @SDSportsAcu! Thanks for posting and sorry for the continued trouble. Sounds like you've tried all the known troubleshooting steps. I do see a new connection on Sunday, 1/2/23 and wanted to confirm if you're still having trouble. I can remove the connection from my end and that may be helpful, but unsure. Let me know if you'd like to try. In the meantime, I've passed this along to our engineering team for further investigation.

@Pbrill That's odd. My only other suggestion would be to perform a factory reset. I found the Onkyo TX-NR414 manual online that provides steps on how to do this (Pg. EN-59): "To reset the AV receiver to its factory defaults, turn it on and, while holding down CBL/SAT, press 8ON/STANDBY. “Clear” will appear on the AV receiver’s display and the AV receiver will enter standby mode. Note that resetting the AV receiver will delete your radio presets and custom settings." I also came across this YouTube video of someone resetting their Onkyo. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @Pbrill - Did you receive the error before attempting to log in? If you haven't already, I recommend power cycling your Onkyo and then trying once more.

Hi @sgginc, You can add songs to playlists a couple of different ways. To add a currently playing track to a playlist: Start on the Now Playing screen for the current track. Tap on the ellipsis below the album art. Select Add to Playlist and indicate whether you'd like to add the track to a new playlist or an existing one. To add other content to a playlist: Search for the content you'd like to add to your playlist. If you're on a computer, hover your mouse over the name of that content and select the ellipsis. If you're on a mobile device, you'll want to press and hold the search result to pop up the overflow menu. Select Add to Playlist and indicate whether you'd like to add the track to a new playlist or an existing one.

It may also help to power cycle your Yamaha by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.

When this takes affect you'll automatically be logged out, though this may not happen instantaneously. I would also recommend power cycling your Yamaha by unplugging it for at least 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in before logging in Pandora. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.

Hi @bilbodad - thanks for the info. Checking the Pandora account on your account I don't see a Tivo connected. The last connection for a Tivo was from 2011. Is it possible that your Tivo is connected to another Pandora account?

Hi @jrbarba1 - That's correct, sometimes listeners will be able to use Pandora using an unsupported device, but that functionality may break unintentionally due to updates to the app or OS meant to address other issues.

Unfortunately, the integrated app found in some GM vehicles do not support Plus or Premium features. You can enjoy your Premium subscription benefits in your car by connecting your phone with Bluetooth, USB; or with Android Auto or CarPlay if this option is available in your vehicle. Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.

Hi @jrbarba1! Welcome to community. 👋 Unfortunately, Logitech Smart Radios are no longer supported by Pandora, so we can't provide any specific activation or troubleshooting steps for your device. If your Smart Radio isn't working, first, make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're still having the same problem: Try connecting directly via an ethernet cable rather than wirelessly (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device. Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device). If you continue to have trouble after trying these steps, I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for more help.

Unfortunately, these devices are not supported by Pandora, however it may be possible to use a third-party integration, such as Alexa or Google Assistant to listen. Thanks for the screenshot, @clp1! There may a connection issue with Pandora and the Sonos app. When I check your Pandora account on my end, I don't see the duplicates either. While I don't have any troubleshooting that I believe would be helpful for this, I have created a ticket for our engineering team to further investigate. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
