Could you let me know the make, model and year of your GM vehicle?
That said, the Pandora app integrated into GM vehicles is developed and maintained by GM, so our ability to troubleshoot is limited. One option is to remove the device connection between your Pandora account and your vehicle and then sign back in. While this step can sometimes help refresh the connection, it may not resolve the issue, and there is always the possibility of increasing the error.
