Hi @BlackstonesSPT! Thanks for posting.  Can you tell me a little more about your experience. When playback stops, you mention that you receive a message. Can you let me know what the message says? Could you also tell me the steps you're taking before the message comes on. For example, the station(s) selected, single speaker vs. group speakers on your Sonos etc.  In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account. I merged your message with another thread that I believe is similar to your post: Pandora pauses when backgrounded The battery optimization setting on Android phones can interfere with playback when the app is backgrounded. Hi @Runzachrun! Thanks for posting.  I'd recommend checking the battery optimization settings for your Android. This setting can cause performance issues or interfere with playback when the app is backgrounded. Due to the sheer volume of Android devices, we are unable to provide step by step instructions for each and every device. I recommend looking up the steps to manage battery optimization for the specific make and model of your device and disable this for the Pandora app. If you own a Samsung device, you may also want to check your Sleeping Apps settings. ... Hi @jonvw84! Thanks for posting to community. Sorry for any confusion. Due to our licensing, downloading or stream-ripping is not permitted. The tracks you download for offline listening will continue to live within the Pandora app, but you can listen to them offline on an Android or iOS device. Pandora Premium allows subscribers to take individual songs, albums, or stations offline for listening within the Pandora app. However, it's not possible to transfer your Pandora music collection to an external music library. If you're outside of our app, or you're accessing Pandora from our website or another type of device (such as a computer), you won't be able to view those downloads. Hope this helps explain.  ...
