First, I'd like to remove your Pandora account connection with your Roku device from my end to see if that will help improve the experience. If you're okay with this, I'll go ahead and remove the connection. When this takes affect you'll be automatically logged out and will need to log back in. Then try Pandora once more. I know you mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling, but let's try a reboot of your Roku. You can use the following steps: Press the Home button 5 times. Press the Up arrow once. Hi @mmeade2000 Welcome to community! Sorry for any trouble with your Yamaha. I've removed the connection between your Pandora account and Yamaha device. When this takes affect you'll automatically be logged out. It can take some time for this to take affect, so I would give it at least a few hours. Before you log back in, I would also power cycle your Yamaha by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes and then plugging it back it, then log back in and try Pandora again. Hope this helps. ... You don't need a paid account to use Pandora on your Marantz, however, I think because it was already signed in to another account something may have gotten stuck when you deleted the previous credentials. Unfortunately, I can only help troubleshoot your Marantz if you were able to log in and connect your account. In this case, I would perform a factory reset for your Marantz. This should reset everything and allow you to log in with your Pandora account. If you don't have a user's manual, you may be able to find one online through the Marantz User's Manuals website based on your model. Hope this helps. ... View more
