Hi @Purplelvr  Welcome to community! Does the playback stop when your phone is locked or the app is backgrounded? If so, I would recommend checking your battery optimization settings. The battery optimization may automatically be turned back on by default. This can cause performance issues or interfere with playback when the app is backgrounded. Please try the following steps: Open your device Settings and then Apps. Scroll to find Pandora or use Search in the upper right hand corner. Select Battery Next select Unrestricted. If the steps above do not apply, then I recommend looking up specific steps to manage battery optimization for your device. Due to the numerous models of Android devices, we are unable to provide step by step instructions for every device.   For the player controls, you mentioned they do not show up. Do you connect your phone to any Bluetooth devices such as speakers or headphones? In the meantime, please try the following steps to for your Android: Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Completing these steps will log you out of your account, and you'll be asked to log back in. Please note, that Premium and Premium Family listeners need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Hi @laurinkdavis  Welcome to community! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Alexa. I checked the family account associated with your Pandora email address. Looking closer, it appears that two devices were attempting to play two separate stations at the same time from the same account. "Meditation Radio" and "Trap and Dubstep Hits Radio" played from an Alexa device and an iPad. If the Pandora account associated with the Alexa device is used on more than one device and the Alexa is used by multiple people in your household then that may explain the warning you received. In these cases it can be best to create a specific account for in-home devices like Alexa. Additionally, of the four invitation sent out, only two have been accepted. If everyone that has been sent an invitation has been listening to Pandora, then it's possible that someone is inadvertently using the same account. ... View more

Sometimes, if the track and station name are the same or similar, it may be helpful to rename your station to something different if possible. Assuming that Pandora is your default music service on your Google Home, I would use the following voice command "Hey Google, play "name of song". If Google continues to play the wrong content, you can file feedback with Google by saying "OK Google, file feedback."
