From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):*   *Please Note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this.    Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Hi @pauldliloia! Sorry for the continued trouble with this, I know how frustrating this can be.  I checked in with the engineers and they are still investigating the cause of this issue. Unfortunately, I don't have a timeline on a fix to share but please know they are working on this.  I have edited the notes to emphasize that this occurs all the time in your Mazda  with Android Auto. Hi @drakand - thanks for posting to community! How is your phone connected in your car, Bluetooth or USB? If it's Bluetooth, try re-pairing the connection between your car and the phone. To remove the pairing, please go into the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone, find the appropriate connection, and select "Forget this device." Once you've done so, refer to your car's manual for the steps to reconnect the car system to your phone. Using the Voice Commands for your unit (if available) is often the easiest way to do this. Thanks for following up @MVJ. Can you ensure that you have the Launch from car setting enabled on your Android phone? Open Pandora. Tap the Profile tab Tap the Settings gear in the upper right corner. Select Advanced. Under Bluetooth for devices make sure there is a check next to Launch from car. Enabling the Launch from car setting will prompt a notification from Pandora that will appear any time you connect to any Bluetooth device, since Pandora cannot distinguish between vehicles and other Bluetooth devices. This notification is required by your Android device. If the message bothers you, you can disable the Launch from car setting.* For now, please try enabling the setting and let me know if it helps. If you're still having trouble, respond to this email with the following information, and I can look into it further: Android OS version (Settings > About Phone): Was there an indication that your phone and the stereo successfully paired via Bluetooth? Did you receive the "Pandora is connected to your car" notification in the notification bar of your phone? Let me know what you find. *Keep in mind that if you disable the Launch from car feature, you'll have to launch Pandora on your phone before you connect your phone to your car via USB or Bluetooth. Could you tell me the following: Are you using the stock stereo or if you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?   What is the make and model of your phone? Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Amazon Fire Stick I’ve asked our User Support team to enable a trace on your account to help us better understand what’s happening. For this trace to be useful, we’ll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps one more time. I've also asked them to remove the device association, which may help.  Can give the following a try: Clear your app data (If this is available on your device.) From the Home screen, select Settings > Applications > Manage All Installed Applications; Select Pandora from the list; From here, clear the cache and/or data. This may help resolve various intermittent performance issues. Note: clearing data doesn't delete the app itself, but will log you out of Pandora. If clearing the app data is not available on your specific device, can you please uninstall and reinstall the app again To Uninstall and Reinstall the app: From the Home screen, select Settings > Applications > Manage All Installed Applications. Hi @donmako thanks for posting. To be honest, I'm not sure of a concrete way to stream music from a laptop to a receiver.  You may be able to connect via a bluetooth connection, if your receiver is able to do this.
