Hey there, @jackieINmi! While you won't be able to download tunes for ringtones from Pandora, you should be able to download content for offline listening. I checked in with our User Support team, and it looks like your a Premium subscriber.   Is it possible that this might be occurring because there is not enough storage on your device Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit. If it doesn't appear to be storage related, I'd recommend signing out of the app and signing back in, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes. Let me know if this helps!   ... View more

Sorry to hear that you're also having trouble syncing your offline content to your Apple Watch. The Pandora app for Apple Watch does not support standalone playback for watches with cellular data. For now, you can use the Pandora app for Apple Watch to launch and control the Pandora app on your iPhone. Subscribers should also be able to download content directly to Apple Watch for offline listening. Could you provide me with a bit more information about your devices? Yes , @Alchron. This is very helpful information. Thank you for taking the time to clarify.  When you attempt to scroll back, are you receiving any error messages? Just to confirm, does it go back to the "Now Playing" screen (of the current song playing) or the "For You" screen? If this happens on the "Now Playing" screen, does it transition to the next song once the current song is over? Other listeners mentioned the screen flickering or stuck on the "For You" section within the app recently - similar to the screenshot below.  You can take a look at another post here to see if this is the exact issue you're seeing too. Hey, @homeside. You can exit the app by navigating to the Recent Apps menu, finding the Pandora app and then swiping it away.  However, generally there's no need to do all this -- you can simply leave Pandora paused. If Pandora is in the background, re-launch Pandora, then just press the pause button and background the app again. When Pandora is paused, it will use minimal data and battery, and the Android system will automatically close apps as it needs. @RyanKuc2019  You can shuffle either your collected songs or your stations from My Collection.  🎶 Unfortunately, for now you won't be able to edit which stations are shuffling directly from our mobile app. In the meantime, you can edit your shuffle from a computer and your selections will carry over.
