Thanks for providing all of this helpful information, @Alchron. When you get a chance, could you tell me a bit more about your device so I can report this to our engineering team? Model: Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Build number (Settings > About Phone): Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.): Thanks again for your help with this.

Yes , @Alchron. This is very helpful information. Thank you for taking the time to clarify. When you attempt to scroll back, are you receiving any error messages? Just to confirm, does it go back to the "Now Playing" screen (of the current song playing) or the "For You" screen? If this happens on the "Now Playing" screen, does it transition to the next song once the current song is over? Other listeners mentioned the screen flickering or stuck on the "For You" section within the app recently - similar to the screenshot below. You can take a look at another post here to see if this is the exact issue you're seeing too. Let me know.

Hey, @homeside. You can exit the app by navigating to the Recent Apps menu, finding the Pandora app and then swiping it away. However, generally there's no need to do all this -- you can simply leave Pandora paused. If Pandora is in the background, re-launch Pandora, then just press the pause button and background the app again. When Pandora is paused, it will use minimal data and battery, and the Android system will automatically close apps as it needs. Were you able to try out @AdamPandora's suggestion for signing out of your account from the app above? Let me know.

@RyanKuc2019 You can shuffle either your collected songs or your stations from My Collection. 🎶 Unfortunately, for now you won't be able to edit which stations are shuffling directly from our mobile app. In the meantime, you can edit your shuffle from a computer and your selections will carry over. This is a feature we're actively working on improving, so thank you for your patience! The existing feature request for this can be found here. Be sure to upvote any feature requests that you'd like to see implemented by using the ❤️icon. ++ To shuffle your collected songs, sort your collection by tapping the small arrow (or "caret") and selecting Songs. Then tap Shuffle all songs. If you prefer to shuffle your stations instead, sort your collection by Stations, and tap Shuffle all stations. Hope this information is helpful.

Does this happen with every track during your listening sessions? Or is this specifically one song? Let me know, and I can take a look.

@RyanKuc2019 I moved your post to My Collection to keep the community tidy. I do see that you mentioned having an iPhone device in another post on the community. Is this the device you're having trouble downloading your stations on? ++ Pandora Premium subscribers can download stations, playlists, albums and songs for offline listening. Pandora will initially download your three most played stations along with Thumbprint Radio. You can then use the following steps to add or remove music from your offline collection: To download music for offline listening: Search for an artist, station, playlist, album, or song you would like to download, and click on its name to visit its backstage page. Tap the Download icon to add it to your offline collection. To view your offline collection (while connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile network): Open My Collection. Tap the Added bar underneath the artwork. Select Show downloads only. To remove sources you have downloaded: Make sure the app is connected online. Sort your collection by "Show downloads only" (see above). Select the source you'd like to remove and tap Downloaded to remove it from your offline collection. In the meantime, you can find out more information about how offline listening works here. Let me know if you're still unable to download content from your device.

@RyanKuc2019 Currently, we offer Pandora Now. This is a new station that SiriusXM listeners can access on Channel 3. It is an ad-free hip hop and pop hits station featuring the most Thumbed Up songs on Pandora. (You can also add it on Pandora; just search Pandora Now to add it as a station.) Additionally, SiriusXM listeners can now add Personalized Stations powered by Pandora to their Favorite Channels in the SiriusXM app. While these stations will not be linked to your Pandora account, Thumbing Up or Thumbing Down will improve them and make them unique to your preferences. Pandora is also featuring select SiriusXM shows in a podcast format. These podcasts can be found under Browse or For You (through our mobile app, website, and selected devices), and will have a SiriusXM banner in the artwork. @RyanKuc2019 I moved your post over to My Collection to keep the community organized. We don't currently have the option to filter out certain versions of tracks, such as remixes or live recordings on Pandora stations. You can vote for this existing feature request here. In the meantime, if you Thumb Down a live or remixed version of a song, you will not hear that version again on the station you're listening to. This will not keep the studio version of that track from playing and doesn't necessarily mean that you will no longer hear other songs by that artist. As always, you should use your Thumb ratings freely to tell Pandora what you want and don't want to hear.

@RyanKuc2019 For now, you'll need to sort by Trending (or Recent). Then, click the ❤️icon to the right of the Feature Request to upvote ideas you'd like to see implemented. Hi there, @Eric1 @KK. Thanks for reporting this issue. I've seen a few mentions of this floating around the community among different devices. I'd like to gather as many details as possible so that I can report this accurately to our engineering team. Where are you listening (does this only happen at home, work, or on the go)? Is this happening on all your stations or just one? (specifically for @KK) Is this happening when you are on Wi-Fi or cellular data? Is this happening across all your devices or just one? If this is happening on one specific device, please send: Model (i.e. iPhone, Galaxy, etc.): Operating system (i.e. Android 9 or iOS 13): Your help with this is appreciated!

Hey there, @Ahsupermodel. If you downloaded your playlist, this means that you can listen to it offline. You can find out more about how downloads for offline listening mode work in this helpful article. ++ When you downgrade from Pandora Premium to Pandora Plus or ad-supported Pandora, you will not be able to access your on-demand music collection or custom playlists. However, your collection and playback history will be stored in our servers for when you return to Pandora Premium. In the meantime, you will have access to all the stations you've created and any podcasts you've added to your account including all Thumb feedback and added variety.
