Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone X, iPad Air (3rd gen), etc.) Carrier: iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version) Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen) Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Hi @Stevemcw720, welcome to the Pandora Community! Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number, so you can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts. The Device Activation tab, which may be where you are seeing the code request, is for activating your Pandora account on in-home devices such as Smart TVs, Blu-ray players, etc. These devices generate codes that need to be entered on a separate device for activation. If you're attempting to activate Pandora on your iPhone with a code, you already have simply by signing into the app with your Pandora account email address and password. If you'd like to activate Pandora on an in-home device, such as a Smart TV or Blu-ray player, you can do so using the following steps: Launch the Pandora application Select New User An activation page will appear with a code - leave this code up on the device screen as you continue From the web: Visit pandora.com/[brand of device] and enter the activation code there (e.g. www.pandora.com/samsung) Alternatively, from a mobile device: Open the Pandora app and go to Settings, then tap Device Activation and enter the code. Then select Continue on the in-home device. If you need assistance with logging into your account, please let me know and I can create an email support case for you.

Do you see the same error message or does it appears just when you try to play a song? Is this happening with a specific artist, album, station, song or podcast? Or with any of these? Let me know!

I also found a second profile for Akeem Healy, and some songs you suggested seemed to be on the second profile too. This also seems to be the case for Sylvan LeCue. Our curation team should be working on it so it should be solved ASAP. It seems we have several artist with the same or with a very similar name. Hi @FrostLab , I took a look at the station and the Playlists and it seem that it was automatically generated after your thumbs up on that station. After a certain number of thumbs up on your station it might automatically generate a derived playlist that compiles the thumbs up given there. Hope this helps clarify.

Hi @Mak7teen , thanks for sharing your music and welcome to the listener part of the community! I listened to your Elevation album, sincerely I think it is really good, specially because I think it brings really good messages. It really shows a lot of resilience and it is really motivating, like for real, and in a very positive way, without throwing dirt around. I just can say that I loved it! Specially the first song: Anything Said (feat. M'ster Lewis), but in general I think it is really good! Again, thanks for sharing!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community @karmaearth! Currently, you can only check the Album release date on the backstage page of the song from the website on your computer. You can do it f you click on the Now Playing tab, and on the album info shown there. Also if you visit the Artist's backstage page you should be able to see all their Albums with their release dates. We also have an open idea to Add song year of release on Now Playing screen, so you may want to check it out and up vote it with a ❤️ to support the idea. If it doesn't quite fit what you'd like as a feature you can also add a comment for any further suggestion or you can create a brand new idea post with your suggestion.
