Hi @Tony1969 , thanks for posting. I'm sorry for the trouble you have been experiencing with your military subscription. I checked the account linked to your community profile, and it looks like it failed to renew back on January 18th because the payment was declined, which should match the notification email, and the subscription expired on February 13th after several declined attempts. I can see that you already upgraded back to Premium through Apple. So you know, Subscriptions purchased on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) are billed through Apple. That said, is not possible to activate the Military plan through third-party vendors (e.g., Apple or Google Play). If you're interested in subscribing back to the Pandora Premium Military, you'd need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire. If you'd like to you can upgrade to Pandora Plus or one of our Premium subscriptions from the Pandora website. Select your subscription preference and enter your payment method: Credit Card or PayPal. Finally, since offline is a feature that is only available when getting a subscription, when your account was set back to offline, the offline feature was removed and therefore the offline content too.
