Hi @Ths7993 , thanks for posting and welcome to the Pandora Community! Can you tell me a bit more of what's happening please? When this happens:  Does the music skip without ever actually playing? Or does a song partially play, and skips over to the next track before finishing? Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening? Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?  Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off? Are you using a Bluetooth connection? Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions: iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version) Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen) The more information you can provide, the better we can help. What is the make and model of your phone (and carrier, if applicable)? What happens when you open Pandora? Does this happens immediately? Or does it plays a couple of songs and then closes the app? Check to see if there are any updates available for your Google Home and Pandora apps. Update if needed. Restart your Google Home device by unplugging the power source and plugging it back in. If you're still having the same problem, then please try the following steps: Check to see if there are any updates available for your Alexa and Pandora apps. Update both as necessary. In the meantime, first, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again. If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. Let me know how it goes. ... View more
