Hello All, My name is Ken and I am glad to be on Pandora Community, I have been here since the very beginning when WIRED had an article, and I immediately signed up. I live in Colorado Springs, and enjoy most kinds of music but am a rock and roll addict. Jazz is a very close second, love the be bop era. My favorite feature of Pandora, besides getting introductions to bands I have never heard of, is that I can alter any channel with secondary criteria. I originally asked Tim Westerberg to provide a way to ask for Fleetwood Mac, but with focus on Peter Greene. Tim wrote me back, said look at what we did, and sent me a Pandora T shirt and bumper sticker for the suggestion. Pandora has morphed into a much more flexible interface than what we started with, and I am very happy this program continues with the same fantastic service and high quality sound. I am a stereo junkie, and have 2 primary systems with high falooting gear, as well as 4 systems for the lesser rooms. My favorites are with a set of Omega Super Hemp single driver speakers being driven by a MC-275 tube roller's dream with a BAT VK20 pre; and the big system with a set of B&W 804's being driven by about a kilowatt each. Pandora is my go to music interface for any activity I do not want to pause for, putting it on when a sporting event is on, instead of listening to the vapid announcers or working on a project that needs focus. Lately I have been listening to another kind of Westerberg influence, a channel created on The Replacements "I'll Be You" as the seed. Great variety.
