@dm92708 The ability to create customized playlists is only an option with Pandora Premium, so you won't actually be able to create those with your current Pandora Plus subscription. Please include as much of the below information as possible: What was the ad for? Do you remember the brand, product, event or website name? Do you remember anything specific that was said or mentioned in the ad that played? How are you accessing Pandora? Are you on a computer, phone, tablet or in-home device (TV, Xbox, Blu-ray player, etc.)? Was it a visual ad, an audio ad, or a video ad with audio? Which of your station(s) did you hear/see it on? What day did this advertisement play? If you're able to get a screenshot of what's happening, please send that along as well. Feel free to upvote this existing feature request with a ❤️if you'd like to see it added to the service: Choose your own Offline stations with Pandora Plus  In the meantime, if you're wanting to have other offline stations available to you, try listening to those other stations more (ones that are currently not on your Offline station list). @zita4zita No worries - you can always send new invites to the correct email addresses. To invite someone to your family plan: Make sure you're logged in with your master account (the one you used to upgrade to Premium Family); Visit the Subscription section of the account. Select Manage Family to view the main family plan management page; Send a family plan invite to an email address your family member can access, even if it's different from the email address on their Pandora account. (They'll be able to enter the login information for their Pandora account later, even if its under a different email.) Have them open the invite email, and follow the prompts to add their Pandora account to your family plan. I hope this helps. ... View more

@Listener001 It looks like you are referring to a station - not a playlist. We don't currently have the option to filter out certain versions of tracks, such as remixes or live recordings on Pandora stations. However, if you Thumb Down a live or remixed version of a song, you will not hear that version again on the station you're listening to. This will not keep the studio version of that track from playing and doesn't necessarily mean that you will no longer hear other songs by that artist. As always, you should use your Thumb ratings freely to tell Pandora what you want and don't want to hear. @Optimst275 I was unable to reproduce this on my end. When shuffling your collection, the first three tracks that played all came from stations that are currently included in your shuffle mix: When listening to Shuffle on a computer, you can view which station a particular song is from by scrolling to the bottom of the Now Playing screen. A banner will appear at the top of the window. It should say "[Station_Name] Radio," and then the name of the track (see screenshots above for reference). Can you please do me a favor and stream your collection in Shuffle Mode once more while checking to see which station each new track that plays is coming from? If you continue to run into issues with stations that are not selected still playing, can you please let me know what the name of that station is and grab a screenshot?
