@joemd1960 Thanks for following up. I took a look at your Thumbprint Radio station, and it doesn't appear any tracks have been thumbed down on that station yet. Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing: With that being said, it is strange that the particular song you mentioned played every other song during that listening session. I had our support team enable a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening. @MudJeep Nice to see you around the community. 😄 Based off of the screenshots you sent over, it doesn't look like that album is actually part of your collection. In order to collect an album, you have to tap on the ➕Collect icon. Once added, that icon will change into a ✔️Collected icon.  So you won't actually need to delete it, as it is not yet added to your collection. Instead, it sounds like this album is showing in your recent listening history - if that is the case, there isn't actually a way to clear this. To clarify, are you unable to navigate your collected stations? If so, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device? To clarify, while you were subscribed to Pandora Plus, your account was signed up for a six-month trial of Premium at the cost of your Plus subscription. On 04/15/20, this trial expired and automatically transitioned to a full-priced Premium subscription. You were then charged $9.99, for Premium. (The full cost of a Pandora Premium subscription is $9.99/month for monthly subscribers or $109.89/year for annual subscribers, plus any applicable taxes.) Again, this subscription was never canceled, so your Premium subscription continued to renew every month since then. I'm sorry if this came as a surprise. If you'd prefer to cancel your subscription or return to Plus, just let me know and I can get you in touch with our support team for further assistance. To view all of your options personally, make sure you are logged into your Pandora account and visit your subscription settings from a computer. Just click Switch Plans to see your options and to make changes.
