I checked in with our Pandora Care team and they are having a larger than usual incoming volume, an agent will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. In the meantime, I see that you were previously upgraded through an Apple subscription. If you've recently upgraded through Apple once again and are not seeing the subscription on your account then there may have been a disconnect. Try these steps to see if they will help restore your subscription: Start by opening the Pandora app on your iOS device, and going to the Profile tab. Select Upgrade. Scroll to the very bottom of the screen and tap Retrieve Your Subscription. You may need to enter your iTunes password to confirm. This should reapply your subscription to your account. ... This specific profile is based on the single 'Lean on Me featuring Sharde'. Sharde appears to be an R&B singer, who has worked with other artists in the R&B and Hip Hop genres.
