Hey, @zcalhoun25. 👋 Sorry for the continued trouble with this. I've checked your account and I can view your "Zac's Country Playlist" from a web browser. However, it sounds like this playlist is missing from your collection when listening from your Android device. I have seen other reports of this recently. Troubleshooting + Reporting: I'd like for you to try out the troubleshooting steps while I have a trace enabled on your account. If you still have issues after those steps, I can report this over to our engineering team.  From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps*: Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. If you have a Pixel, you can find helpful steps here. Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps. Let me know how it goes. *Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. To keep everything organized, I moved your post over to this existing iOS thread: Stations Won't Download on Plus I would recommend checking out the accepted solution for this thread here. Is it possible that this might be occurring because there is not enough storage on your device? Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage on your device, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit. Also, when you sign back into the app, are you keeping it in the foreground during the download process? ++ If this isn't a storage related issue, I would like to report this issue to our engineers on your behalf. @Fortinjlf Thanks for clarifying those details. Does the music also stop when you notice that the app is missing from the notification bar?  Have you encountered any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say? If you're noticing that the Pandora app does stop playing, I would recommend checking your Sleeping Apps. You can access this setting in the Device Care menu. Click on Battery, and then, click on More options. Click on Settings > Sleeping Apps From your Sleeping Apps, you should be able to long press Pandora.  Once you're able to view the App Usage for Pandora, you'll want to make sure that the put app to sleep button is toggled to the OFF setting. ++ Would you mind providing the following info so that I can share this with our engineering team? @Fortinjlf Thanks for letting me know. Just to confirm, are you referring to the widget that would appear on your screen similar to this one in my screenshot below? Is the Pandora app installed to your SD card? If so, widgets will disappear and become inoperable if installed to the SD card. You will need to keep the app installed to the phone's local memory and the widget should work fine.   ... View more
