Hi, @jefftech. 👋 Thanks so much for posting on the Pandora Community! From the bottom of your Home screen, swipe up. Touch and drag the app. You’ll find images of each Home screen. Slide the app to where you want it. Lift your finger. ++ Also, widgets will disappear and become inoperable if installed to the SD card. You will need to keep the app installed to the phone's local memory and the widget should work fine. It should look similar to the screenshot below depending on how your homescreen looks. Let me know if this helps. 🎧

Awesome, @ImaPepper! I'm glad to hear that you were able to upvote (heart) some of those feature suggestions. I do see that you also contacted our support team regarding the heart issue - I've closed out that ticket as it sounds like you were able to get it done from your end. I love your idea of a batch adjustment for your stations for modes. That would be a really cool idea! If you haven't already, feel free to create that feature suggestion here. Hi, @hannahsmom4050. 👋 Thanks so much for posting about this. Looks like you're a Plus subscriber. I do see that you've enabled the complimentary sessions of Premium. However, these sessions are limited and you wouldn't be able to listen to your playlist offline continuously. At this time, Pandora Plus listeners cannot add, delete or swap out which stations will be available for offline listening. Alternatively, you may consider upgrading to Pandora Premium which allows subscribers to download any station, playlist, album or song in their collection for offline listening. Since this is only an option with Premium, this explains why you're having trouble - as your complimentary session ends before you can actually download. I've also taken a look at your Pandora account, and you're eligible for a longer Premium trial at no additional cost. Would you be interested in this option? If so, please let me know in your next post. I can sent over an email to you directly with more information about your Pandora account eligibility. Hope this info is helpful. Thank you for letting me know, @ZR8DERZ. To clarify, does this happen when you're listening to a station, playlist, autoplay, podcasts? Or, does it just happen at any given time? How do you primarily listen when this occurs? Are you using a web browser or the desktop app? Windows or MAC computer? Thanks again for your help.

Our User Support team can also be reached through our contact form here. Bookmarking Pandora for your Toolbar: Placing an icon on your toolbar would be a bookmarked tab. Depending on your browser, you can add Pandora as a bookmark. I've attached a screenshot below. For Safari Web Browsers: Open Safari Head to the webpage you wish to save in bookmarks Click ‘Bookmarks’ on the toolbar (top of screen), then select ‘Add Bookmark’ (from the drop down menu) On the menu that appears: Name the bookmark and add it to a folder Click ‘Add’ For Chrome Web Browsers: Open Google Chrome Go to the website you want to bookmark Then select the The icon that allows users to bookmark a page in Google Chrome icon (far right side of the address bar) A menu will appear: name bookmark, select the folder, and click ‘Done’ For Firefox Web Browsers: On Firefox, navigate to the page you’d like bookmarked Use keyboard short cut: Ctrl+D A menu will appear labeled: Edit This Bookmark Name the bookmark, choose the folder you want it in, then select ‘done’ ++ Pandora Desktop App: If you prefer, you could download the Pandora Desktop App for Windows 10 or MAC computers. Hi there, @ZR8DERZ. 👋 Thanks so much for posting about your experience. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this. "Someone Else is Listening" Message: If you are receiving the message, "Your Pandora Account is currently playing on another device," or "Someone else is listening," then more than one device is streaming from your account at the same time. While your Pandora account can be logged into as many devices as you like, they can't be playing at the same time. Regardless of your subscription level, the revenue from one Pandora account only covers the cost of one stream from one device. As long as you press pause on one device before you listen to Pandora on another, you should be fine. ++ Songs Skipping Through: I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account to better understand what's happening in case we need to escalate this to our engineering team. The next time this happens, can you please let me know the approximate date and time? I understand how inconvenient this is, however, I'd like to check in with our device team so they can investigate further. Thanks for your help with this! 🎧

Hi, @laurieh1964. 👋 Thanks so much for posting about this. Are you using the Pandora Desktop App for Windows 10 or MAC? Or, are you using a web browser? If so, which one? Unfortunately, I can't see a full screenshot of what's under your Recently Played section. I would make sure to sort your Collection by Stations in order for the Shuffle to appear. Once I have more info about how you're listening, I can help troubleshoot. I look forward to hearing back! 🎧

@spawn334 Thanks for clarifying that information. Based on your message, you are a Premium subscriber - this is different than Plus. With Premium, you can download songs, albums, stations, and playlists for offline listening. Downloading: If you'd like to download content for offline listening, you can tap the icon with the arrow pointing downward. This can be found on station, album and playlist pages, or, to download a track, tap the three dots on the Now Playing screen. Keep in mind, this button will only appear for eligible tracks. ++ Your Offline Mode Downloads: Do you have more than one playlist downloaded for offline listening? I'd just like to confirm as you should be able to choose what you'd like to listen to when you go into offline mode. If you switch over to offline listening, you can see what is downloaded on your device. To listen offline from a mobile device: Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Toggle Offline Mode on. Once Offline Mode has been enabled, you will see only the content in your collection that has been downloaded for offline listening. Let me know. 🎧
