Hi there, @RoyalFlush67. 👋 Looks like you're sharing the info from this help page article: Automatic Offline Download  Here's more information about how offline mode works for your Apple Watch: Pandora on Apple Watch  ++ In the meantime, going offline automatically isn't a feature of Pandora on your Apple Watch. However, it will go offline automatically on your mobile device. If you'd like to see this option implemented, I would recommend creating a feature request for "Automatic Offline Mode for Apple Watch" here. Other listeners would probably be interested in this option when losing connectivity while working out too. Hey there, @JJDeviation. 👋 The icons (thumbs, play, skip, etc) should be located at the bottom of your web browser / desktop app. These icons should be available to you during your listening sessions. Even if you're checking out your station details or looking at the backstage page for an artist, the player should display at the bottom of your screen. If you're having trouble viewing the player / icons, feel free to try a different browser to see if you experience the same thing. This will help us determine whether this is a browser-related issue.  If you're noticing that the icons are available on another browser, let's try running through the troubleshooting steps for your Chrome browser to see if it helps. If you still have trouble after trying out those steps, could you share a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing?  Screenshot from your MAC: Hold down the Shift key and the Command key (which may have an Apple logo and/or a 'four-leaf clover' type symbol). Then, while still holding down these keys, press the 3 key. This will save the screenshot as a file on your desktop. Hey there, @Cvigil. 👋 You can edit the stations that are played in Shuffle mode from your Station List. Go to My Collection. Free and Plus listeners, press and hold the Shuffle stations option at the top of your Station List. Pandora Premium listeners, filter My Collection further by Stations. Then tap the Pencil to the right of Shuffle stations. Once the Shuffle Options screen appears, you can select or deselect as many stations as you'd like. Touch the back arrow in the upper left again to save your changes and return to your station list.
