I changed my password and lost all my music
I’m being charged for premium but can’t access that account. It now gave me a new account with ads. I can’t access my old email. How do I get someone to help me?

@Kimsuz If you know the name of your playlists, you can recover them by typing the name on your home page on your Pandora app and collect it from there. You could also go back into your old account and recover it that way as well...And then there is this option that I will help you with. You can tag Pandora's moderators, who will also help you with the recovery...
