This is a place to connect with creators and music fans to discuss music, ask questions, find solutions, and share ideas. Consider this post as your one-stop shop for helpful navigation tips.
Our Community is made up of three main sections: Support, Listener Lounge, and Pandora for Creators. Each section is broken into helpful subsections.
Support
- Account - Get support and learn how to manage your Pandora account, update your subscription, and troubleshoot.
- Subscriptions - Discuss Pandora subscriptions and billing issues, and get help with upgrading or canceling your plan.
- My Collection - Talk about how to create, edit, and manage your personalized Pandora music library and playlists.
- Desktop - Troubleshoot and get help with using Pandora from the desktop app or your web browser.
- iOS - Discuss the Pandora app and usage on iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads.
- Android - Discuss the Pandora app and usage on Android devices such as smartphones and tablets.
- Automotive -Get help with using Pandora in your car or other automotive devices, and discuss features and issues.
- Other Devices - Talk about Pandora usage on in-home devices such as smart speakers, smart TVs, and receivers.
Listener Lounge
- Community Blog - Stay up-to-date with the latest news and developments from Pandora. While you're there, don't forget to check our monthly community newsletter!
- Community Chat - Connect with other Pandora community members on non-music topics. Share your stories, interests, and get to know one another.
- Music + Podcasts - Share and discuss your favorite music and podcast content. Discover new artists, shows, and genres, and get recommendations from fellow community members. Participate in discussions on Pandora's featured content and exclusive releases.
- Ideas - Share your ideas and suggestions for new features and improvements to the Pandora app and service.
Pandora for Creators Community
- AMP Support Forum - A space to make connections with other creators and curators, receive help from our support staff, and learn about marketing tools in our Artist Marketing Platform.
- Creators Blog - Learn and discover more about the power of AMP and how creators can utilize AMP offerings.
- Creators Events - Check out upcoming webinars and events for creators led by our AMP team.
Getting Started
Log into the Community by tapping the circular profile image in the top right corner of your screen.
Once you’re logged in, select the circular profile image again to reveal this menu:
My Profile - is a summary of your posts, likes, solutions, badges, and listening statistics.
My Settings - is the place to adjust your personal preferences and settings for your Pandora Community experience. It's also where to go to adjust your notifications or close your Pandora Community account.
Pandora Account - is a direct link to your Pandora account page.
My Subscriptions - shows which threads you're subscribed to on the Pandora Community and allows you to manage those subscriptions.
Help- is full of helpful tips for using the Pandora Community.
