Lost my music collection

@AdamPandora I lost my collection and I signed in again and it was the right account but it still does not have my songs from my collection

I checked your account and it looks like you're fairly new to Pandora--welcome! I hope you've been enjoying the tunes.

It appears that you're on our ad supported tier, which means you'll be able to listen to Pandora Stations with ads. However, on-demand content like songs, albums and playlists are a Premium feature.

I see that you've activated a few Premium Access session recently. Once activated, you can enjoy the following Pandora Premium features:

  • Play songs or albums on-demand
  • Create custom playlists
  • Access higher quality audio
  • Receive ad-free music, additional skips and replays

Keep in mind, if you've created playlists, collected songs or albums, you'll need to be sure to activate a Premium Access session again in order to enjoy. You can learn more about Premium Access from our Help Center.

I have been collecting  my music for a long while. I wroke up 2 day and all if my music is gone . I don't understand why yall took my music. I am the only one on my account.  It is under xx@.  

I want my music back. I am not happy.

I recently had to update my billing information. I was three days late doing so after I submitted new payment information and logged into my account all my music was gone. Any suggestions on how I can get it back thank you

@SillySally, do you remember the name of your playlist? Go to your home page on your Pandora app, and where you see Collected, click on your Playlists, Albums, Stations, Songs, and Artists. It may reappear. If not, try typing the name of your playlist in your home search bar. I have had this happen to me in the past, and these steps have helped me recover my saved Playlists. 

If all else fails, you can tag @AlyssaPandora@TannerPandora, and @AdamPandora. One of these moderators will get you back on track.
