I just signed up for the free trial which I've never done before. However immediately after, I was charged $4.99

@saxon It looks like your account was upgraded with a monthly subscription to Pandora Premium back in April.

To cancel this subscription, you can follow the instructions in this thread: Manage subscription: Direct Billed

I was offered 60 days free if I upgrade today I did and you took the money out of my account now. Why was that? I went ahead and cancelled it so do I get my money back I'm not going to pay for it after I was offered free if I came back

To clarify, are you seeing a charge of $12.99 on your account by Apple?

I'm being charged $5.29 (4/4/22) for my previous subsciption.   I updated earlier to the 2 months free Military subscription plan.  I believe the $5.29 previous plan, should have been cancelled.  Prior to the Military upgrade I subscripted too later.  I believe I should be credited the $5.29 and still receive the 2 months free upgrade to the Military special plan.

@dlatta560 I see the account connected to your Community profile is on a trial to the Military plan - no charges have been made yet.

If you were also charged a monthly rate on a previous subscription, then that subscription is likely associated with a second account registered under a different email address.

This just happened to me. I redeemed a reward from Miles for a 90 day free trial, but as soon as I entered my payment info I was charged 9.99. My account says I am on the 90 day free trial and am not supposed to be charged until 09/09/22. I "spoke" with the chatbot, but am unclear if this issue was forwarded to support.
