I purchased a gift card on a mobile device, and received a receipt via email with no gift card redemption codes. But I now see that it states one cannot be purchased via a mobile device. How can this issue be resolved? Thanks

Like every other person I purchased a gift subscription and received a confirmation email but never got a code? Seems like the latest running scam as there are way too many instances of the exact same thing happening to count! If this is a problem which it is and Pandora has still not corrected the issue, what the hell?

I don't think it's a scam, the website for buying gift cards/subscriptions feels totally different from the main website. So I am guessing it is a legacy payment system that needs to sync with another system to send the code. Because after having my my support case open here they sent me the code super quickly.
Hello, I'm desperately looking for some help here, as no one is answering my emails to Customer Support. I have purchased a Gift Subscription to Pandora Plus for my dad, to be sent to his email, and have been billed. But I don't get a receipt sent to my email, or a code to my dad's email (I had to ruin the Father's Day surprise and ask him to check Spam filter). Foolishly, I performed a SECOND purchase using a different payment source - funds were taken again, but same deal: no receipt or delivery. What's going on? can I get my money back PLEASE!?!?!?!

Hello, I purchased a digital / email gift card last night. The recipient did not receive the email, and he checked his spam, etc. My credit card was charged, and I got the email from Pandora last night that confirmed my Gift Order. Please help. Thank you.

I am having the same issue, I put in multiple tickets and have yet to hear back. Tried the chat bot as well but couldn’t get to a person. The email gift subscription has not been received. I have the receipt in my email, and all three case numbers.
