@dunn832 Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Alexa. Can you tell me a little more about your experience? Which Alexa model and generation do you have? What phrase(s) did you say to Alexa? (Please be as specific as possible.) Can you please give me an example of a song you attempted to play, and what Alexa played for you instead? In the meantime, you can log into your Amazon account to view what Alexa thinks you said, in order to report feedback to Amazon directly. This is referred to as your "Utterance History report." To view your utterance history report, click this link from a computer and log into your Alexa account. Or from a mobile device launch the Alexa app, tap the Menu icon, select Activity and then More under Pandora activity. From here you'll be able to view what Alexa thought she heard, as well as listen to a recording of what you said. If she didn't do what you wanted, be sure to let Amazon know by selecting No. Please send over a screenshot showing your utterance history report. @richg99 Nice to see you around the Community. You should remain signed in to Pandora on your TV as long as you aren't manually signing out after each listening session. If you are still running into trouble with this, first make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device. Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device). @Ulfheid It sounds like he may be logged into the wrong account on his device. I recommend having him sign out of the app on that device, and then signing back in using the email address associated with the account you added to your plan. If you are unsure what email address for him to use, you can verify this by logging into your account, and going to Settings > Subscription > Manage Family. @mikemusick2 Nice to see you around the Community. To clarify, thumbs are station specific - so any tracks you thumb up/down on one station won't actually affect your other stations. This being said, if you believe you are hearing wildly out of place tracks on one of your stations, we are happy to help look into it further. The next time it happens, please write us back with the following: The name of the station where this occurred: The name(s) of the out of place artist(s) on the station. The title(s) of the out of place track(s) that played. Were you able to give the out of place track(s) a Thumbs down? Were you listening using a Pandora Mode like Crowd Faves, Discovery or Deep Cuts? @fotoimage46 I moved your post over to the iOS space. It sounds like you are running into two separate issues. How to remove songs from a playlist: You should be able to remove songs from a playlist. To delete a song on your playlist from a mobile device: To edit your playlists, go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to make changes to. Next, tap the Edit icon below the album art. To remove songs from your playlist, scroll down and press the circled 'x' to the left of the songs you would like to remove or swipe the track name from right to left. (Deleting songs from your custom playlists will not remove the original Thumb rating from your stations). If you aren't able to edit your playlist, it may have been created by another listener and shared with you, or curated for you by Pandora. If that's the case, you'll need to make a copy of the playlist so that you can add, move or remove tracks. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Unable to add songs to your My Thumbs Up playlist: I would like to report this issue to our engineers.
