Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using? If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)? @Steelrfan85 I've enabled a trace on your account and would like to start with some basic troubleshooting. First make sure your Denon has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Thanks for following up, @txspedteacher. It sounds like you might be running into network firewalls at work since you are running into the same error with YouTube. Sometimes IT departments decide to limit their user's access to music streaming services like Pandora. If it isn't working when you listen from work, you may want to check with your IT department to make sure that they haven't blocked your access to streaming services. Hope this helps! ... View more

@ritchlegrand There isn't currently a way to remove any items from your search history. As a workaround, you can uninstall/reinstall the app on your iPhone to delete that content. @Fallday Our support team has taken a look at your account and has confirmed that you enabled a complimentary session of Pandora Premium, which allows you to interact with an ad in order to listen to content on-demand. Because these sessions are funded by advertisements, your account reverted back to Pandora Plus automatically at the end of the session - you weren't charged any Pandora Premium fees. @patwong8 Thanks for clarifying that this is happening on your Kindle device - not a TV.  I'm happy to help you troubleshoot. First, I'd recommend that you restart your Fire tablet. To do that: Press and hold the power button for two to three seconds until you see the message "Do you want to shut down your Fire?" Tap OK. After the device has completely turned off, press the power button for two to three seconds to turn your Fire tablet back on. Try the Pandora app again. If you continue to have trouble: Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings and then Apps & Games. Select Manage All Applications and then All.
