@millworker301 I moved your post over to this existing thread: Roku - Multiple Pandora accounts It sounds like you may be signed into the same Roku account on all of your devices. At this time each Roku account can only be associated with one Pandora account, so you won't be able to use multiple Pandora accounts on a single Roku device. Check out the accepted solution for instructions on how to set up new Roku accounts on your additional devices so that you and your wife can stream Pandora separately. Hope this helps!

@Lilmama1234 What is the make and model of your TV? Also, is there already a Pandora app pre-installed on that device, and you are having trouble signing in with your email and password? Let me know.

@Alyssa_G It sounds like you are having trouble initiating Premium Access sessions by watching an ad. To clarify, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device? If you are on a computer, are you listening from: A Mac or Windows computer? Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using? If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks for working with me on this.

Hi, @Bmn4. 👋 Sorry for any confusion. Shuffle is a feature of Premium and I've included steps to help with shuffling your content below. To edit which stations are played during Shuffle: Go to My Collection. Free and Pandora Plus listeners, swipe the Shuffle Stations icon bar at the top of your stations list from right to left. Then tap the Pencil that appears. Pandora Premium subscribers will need to filter My Collection further by Stations. Then tap the Pencil to the right of Shuffle stations. There, you can select or deselect which stations you'd like to appear in your Shuffle by Station or Genre. Tap Save on the top right corner of your screen when done. To shuffle an on-demand piece of content such as an album or playlist: Go to the Now Playing screen and select the icon with intersecting arrows on the bottom of the screen to turn Shuffle on or off. When the shuffle icon is highlighted, it will shuffle all the songs from that album or playlist. To make the album, playlist or track you're listening to repeat: Go to the Now Playing screen and select the circling arrows icon on the bottom left of the screen to turn Repeat on or off. Selecting the icon once will cause a playlist or album to play in a loop. To make a single track repeat, select the same icon a second time. The icon will change to reveal a number 1, indicating that only one track will be repeated. Hope this helps. 🎧

@frustratedusr99 I moved your post over to the iOS space. Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Is there an error message when you attempt to add a song to one of your playlists? If so, what does it say? Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help. I look forward to hearing back.

I have contacted support about this over a year ago. Still continues with artist messages before their new song. I pay to not hear commercials or artists talking. Pandora please get this fixed!! Your competitors are outdoing you and you need to be better.
