I have pandora premium and I was skipping songs on a playlist while listening in my vehicle, it adds songs that I don’t want,suddenly it said I reached my hourly skip limit, really! unlimited means unlimited not unlimited with restrictions.

For streaming Pandora, please use supported browsers for listening to Pandora, like Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. ++ You mentioned getting an error message while using your Android in your vehicle. I would recommend clearing the app data to see if that helps with the error you're noticing. You can try running through these steps here: Android Troubleshooting If you continue to have trouble with that error message, please let me know which station you notice this happen with. 🎧

@Rickymtz100 Nice to see you around the community. Your three most popular stations (along with Thumbprint Radio) will automatically download for you to access in Offline Mode. If you have not yet added Thumbprint Radio, please let me know. As a Pandora Premium subscriber, if you'd like to download content for offline listening, you can tap the icon with the arrow pointing downward. This can be found on station, album and playlist pages, or, to download a track, tap the three dots on the Now Playing screen. Keep in mind, this button will only appear for eligible tracks. If you change your mind during any point of the downloading process, simply tap the download button again, and we'll stop and delete any downloaded content. If you lose connection while downloading, we'll save your spot with your partially downloaded playlists, albums and stations. The next time you gain a signal, we'll attempt to complete the download process for you. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with. Hope this is helpful.

@csfree12 Nice to see you around the community. Pandora on Chrome causes other tabs to freeze: You should be able to stream Pandora on Chrome without the issue of other tabs freezing. I recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve that: Chrome Troubleshooting Poor network connection error with desktop app & Chrome: I do see you commented on a previous thread we had open regarding this issue: Web: "Poor Network Connection" Error (05/17/22) Can you please let me know if you are using a Mac or Windows computer? Additionally, can you provide me with a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? Thanks for working with me on this. Viewing what station is playing on shuffle: We appreciate your feedback regarding this experience. I recommend creating a new thread in our Ideas space if you'd like to see a change to the way we currently have this set up. This will give others around the community a chance to upvote your idea if it's something they'd like to see added as well.

@NoVariety Sorry to hear your Thumbprint Radio station is becoming repetitive. I do have some suggestions that may help. If you don't have many stations, you may want to create more stations and give more thumbs up, to give Thumbprint more feedback to work with. Be sure to thumb freely on Thumbprint Radio; this will help us learn which thumbs you want to hear more of, and which you aren't interested in anymore. Thumbing a track up or down on Thumbprint Radio won't affect its thumb rating elsewhere. Just like your other stations, if you thumb up a track, you'll continue to hear it and tracks like it, and if you thumb it down, it won't play again on Thumbprint Radio. You can always remove the thumbs down later if you want to bring the track back into rotation on Thumbprint. You can also use the I'm tired of this track/song feature for tracks that you still enjoy, but don't want to hear again for a while. To find this feature on mobile, tap the album art of the currently playing track, then the three dots on the right. From a computer, click the ellipses near the album art to reveal the option. @Abdullahmency83 I moved your post over to the iOS space. To stream Pandora on your iPhone, you'll first need to install the app. You can find our app in the App Store on your device. Search for Pandora and tap Install. You can also go to pandora.com on your phone or tablet's web browser, scroll down and select Get the App to install the app. Downloading any app from the App Store will require that you enter the password for your Apple ID. Keep in mind that the email address and password for your Apple ID account may be different than your Pandora account. Also, please be aware that Pandora requires iOS 14 or higher. If you are running iOS 13 or lower, you will need to update your iOS version. If you're not sure how to update the OS on your phone, you can refer to this article for more help. Once the app is installed, you can sign in using your existing account credentials. Hope this helps!
