Hi @krmitchell48 From a web or mobile browser, you can include photos by uploading them using the camera icon in the chat window. For example, tap Reply to respond to the chat, then find the Camera Icon in the menu bar. If you don’t see the icon, you may need to tap the three dots (…) to expand the menu options. Once you tap the camera icon, select Choose Files. After the upload is complete, tap Done. Cameron Icon Choose Files & Done

Hi @Bing-boogerton , Thanks for sharing another suggestion with us. You're right, thumbed-down tracks are tied to individual stations and don’t currently apply across your entire account. We understand how a global thumbs-down option could improve your experience by keeping unwanted tracks from resurfacing on other stations. The status of your post has been updated to Open Ideas. You're absolutely right, thumbs are currently only available on stations and are specifically designed to help Pandora learn your musical preferences when listening to radio stations. That said, we really appreciate you highlighting an experience you'd like to see added. The ability to thumb songs outside of stations (like when searching) could offer more flexibility and a personalized touch for listeners. The status of your post has been updated to Open Ideas. Hi @Spysir Welcome to community! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Pandora in your GM vehicle. I’m happy to report your experience to our engineering team for further review and investigation. Could you let me know the make, model and year of your GM vehicle? That said, the Pandora app integrated into GM vehicles is developed and maintained by GM, so our ability to troubleshoot is limited. One option is to remove the device connection between your Pandora account and your vehicle and then sign back in. While this step can sometimes help refresh the connection, it may not resolve the issue, and there is always the possibility of increasing the error. If you'd like to proceed, let me know and I can remove that connection. Otherwise, I've passed along your experience, just let me know the details about your GM. Thank you!

Could you tell me a bit more about your devices: Make and model of your Android: Android OS: Android Auto Version: Pandora version: Did you notice this change recently, and if so, would you say the last couple of days or a week? Additionally, could you take a picture of your experience with the missing drop down menu. You can attached picture directly here in community, but be sure to do this from a web or mobile browser. Hi @fisherkrol Thanks for the follow up, sorry for the delay on my part. Sorry to hear you're still getting the error. I do see a new Onkyo sign-in, so it looks like you're able to make the connection with Pandora, but the error message still appears. Could you tell me if the error appears immediately when you try to play Pandora or after you select content to play? In the meantime, I've gone ahead and shared your experience and device details with our engineering team to further investigation. I also recommend reaching out to Onkyo Support for any additional troubleshooting tips they may have that is specific to the device. Thanks for your patience!

I hate to disappoint you again on a Friday, @Damian3. Unfortunately, exporting content from Pandora is not a feature either. Personally, what I've done in the past, is open Pandora through a web browser, to copy and paste tracks. For example, open up a web browser, increase the window size, lower the text size, and tried to copy as many tracks as I could to put in a Google Doc (or similar). Downside, if you have a large playlist this can be tedious, and also it will pull over album art cover and song time. Not really a workaround, but it does get the job done. In the meantime, I've noted your desire to have the ability to export content and have Premium on more available on more devices.

Hi @bpaulsen170 Welcome to community! That is an odd experience to have. Just to confirm, you connect to CarPlay, you select a playlist or album to listen to and the same song plays regardless of your selection, but it only happens with select playlist and albums? Does the same thing happen when playing a station? Could you provide a few additional details: The name of the song that plays? An example of a playlist this has happened with. iOS version: Pandora version: In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help me review further. Could you please uninstall and reinstall the Pandora app on your iPhone. The next time you connect to CarPlay, and have this experience, let me know the date and approximate time (including timezone). I'd like to see if there is anything unusual happening with playback. Please note, uninstalling the app will remove any offline content. You'll need to re-download any offline content you'd like to listen too. Thanks for the additional help!
