Thanks for the follow up, @tr888 ! I really appreciate you testing those settings and sharing the detailed results. It is interesting that the voice commands are producing different outcomes based on slight wording changes. Have you always used the wake word as "Echo" or have you used "Alexa" in the past? Could you try and use the following command and let me know how Alexa responds when music is currently playing, "Echo/Alexa, what's playing?"

I’m sorry for the trouble with the voice commands on your Echo speakers, especially after having everything work so smoothly for so many years on your 1st-generation devices. I also appreciate the update that adjusting the command to “Echo, thumb up this song” worked. That’s really helpful insight and tells us the skill is at least partially responding in your new devices. There shouldn't be anything within the Pandora stream itself that should prevent thumbs feedback or track identification from working with Echo speakers. Though as you mentioned, there could be a metadata issue, or (and I'm shooting in the dark here) Alexa may be losing track of the active media session in the playback. Since it should function the same way as it did on your previous device, so I’m happy to pass along your experience to our engineering team to take a closer look. In the meantime, could you please confirm that Pandora is set as your default music service provider in the Alexa app? You can check by going to: Alexa app > More > Settings > Music & Podcasts > Default Services Thanks again for taking the time to share such thoughtful troubleshooting details.

Note: Availability depends on your vehicle’s make, model, and year. APPLE CARPLAY (iPhone Users) If your vehicle supports Apple CarPlay, you can access Pandora directly from your car’s display. To get started: Make sure Pandora is installed on your iPhone Connect your iPhone via USB cable or wirelessly (if supported) Select the Pandora app from the CarPlay screen You can browse stations, control playback, and use Siri for hands-free control. ANDROID AUTO (Android Phone Users) Vehicles that support Android Auto allow you to use Pandora through your car’s touchscreen display. To get started: Install the Pandora app on your Android phone Connect your phone via USB or wirelessly (if supported) Open Pandora from the Android Auto interface You’ll be able to browse, skip, and give thumbs up/down directly from your dashboard. ANDROID AUTOMOTIVE OS (Built-In Google System) Some newer vehicles have Android Automotive OS built directly into the car (this is different from Android Auto). With Android Automotive: Download Pandora directly from the Google Play Store in your vehicle Log into your Pandora account Stream without needing to connect your phone Note: This option does not require a mobile device once installed. BLUETOOTH (Universal Option) If your vehicle doesn’t support the options above, you can still listen using Bluetooth audio. To connect: Turn on Bluetooth in your phone’s settings Pair your phone with your car’s audio system Select Bluetooth as the audio source in your vehicle Open Pandora on your phone and press play Your car will play whatever is streaming from your device. Once connected, Pandora should appear on your car’s display so you can control it directly. • Android Auto (Android) Similarly, connect your Android device and launch Pandora through Android Auto on your car’s screen. • PandoraLink (if available) Some car models support PandoraLink, which allows limited control of Pandora through the vehicle’s infotainment system when connected to your phone via USB and/or Bluetooth. We’re currently rolling out a newer version of Pandora for Android. You should see the update available in the Google Play Store soon. When it becomes available, please install the latest version and let me know if you continue to experience the same issue on your device. If it’s still happening after the update, please let me know whether the crash occurs immediately after you log in, or if you’re able to navigate through the app or start playing music before it closes. To help figure out what’s going on, could you share a few details? Make and model of your device Android OS version Pandora app version (found in Settings > Apps > Pandora) When does the app close? While you’re listening to music? Right when you open the app? When your screen locks? Do you see any error message? Does this happen every time you use Pandora, or only in certain situations? When you mention getting “Pandora free on the Sonos list,” can you share a bit more about what you’re trying to do? Are you trying to: Add Pandora to your Sonos app? Use a free Pandora account specifically? Or connect Pandora Business to a Sonos system? The more details you can provide about your setup and goal, the better we can point you in the right direction. Thanks for taking the time to explain what’s happening, and no, this definitely isn’t a “boomer moment.” 😊 What you’re seeing is actually how Pandora functions on Onkyo devices. That device only supports access to your station collection, and custom playlists aren’t available through this integration. Since it’s a device limitation, signing out or resetting the receiver wouldn’t change the behavior. I completely understand wanting your full collection, especially when it works seamlessly on your phone. You can see a list of devices that do support the Premium experience here. If you’d like to access your playlists through your receiver, you can stream Pandora directly from your phone to the Onkyo using Bluetooth (or casting, if your setup supports it). That way, you’ll have full access to your playlists and complete control of your account while listening through your receiver. Hope this helps to explain.

When you have a moment could you confirm if the following App Uninstall/Reinstall steps might apply to your model LG? Thank you! Method 1: From the Home Screen Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to the app you want to remove. Press and hold the OK/Select button (or click the pencil/edit icon if visible). Select the “X” (Delete) icon above the app. Confirm Yes to uninstall. Method 2: From LG Content Store Press Home. Open LG Content Store. Go to My Apps. Select the app. Choose Uninstall. Confirm. Reinstall an App Press Home. Open LG Content Store. Use the Search function. Type the app name. Select the app. Click Install. Wait for download and installation to complete.

At this time, there aren’t any known issues specifically related to Apple Silicon compatibility. Are you currently experiencing a problem with the app on your Mac? For example, are you seeing an error message, performance issues, or difficulty installing or launching the app? Any additional details about what you’re running into (macOS version, app behavior, etc.) would be helpful.
