It’s possible your device or network had cached your location while you were traveling, which likely caused the “not available in your current country” message to persist even after you returned home. While clearing cache and rebooting usually helps, it sounds like in your case that was not helpful.  Let me know if you're still having trouble. When you’re playing Pandora through a Bluetooth speaker, is your Samsung watch also connecting and streaming audio at the same time? Or is Pandora launching on your watch even though you’re trying to play it only from your phone? In general, Bluetooth audio can only actively play through one device at a time, but your watch may still be maintaining a connection to your phone.  In the meantime, you can try removing (or “forgetting”) the watch from your phone’s Bluetooth settings to help reset the connection: To forget a Bluetooth device (general steps): Open your phone’s Settings Tap Bluetooth Find the device in the list of paired devices Select the device name (or tap the info/settings icon next to it) Choose Forget, Unpair, or Remove After that, you can restart your phone and reconnect only the device you’d like to use for audio. ... I know you mentioned already trying those steps, but when you have a moment, could you please try them once more and confirm that both the app cache and app data were cleared? They’re two separate actions, and clearing both can sometimes make a difference, especially when combined with a full power cycle. Hi @Hank4080  Sorry to hear you're still having trouble. I know Offline Mode issues can be frustrating. I just want to make sure I’m understanding your experience correctly. Are you finding that Pandora is stuck in Offline Mode all the time and won’t switch back to Online Mode? Or does it switch to Offline Mode while you’re traveling in your vehicle?  I ask because those are two different situations: If Pandora is completely stuck in Offline Mode and you’re unable to switch back to Online Mode, for example, turning the Offline Mode toggle off doesn’t work, that’s the issue being discussed in this thread. If you're listening online, and Pandora transitions to Offline Mode, like while you’re driving, that can be expected behavior when the app detects a weak or lost network connection.  In these cases, iPandora will transition offline and select offline content to play to keep the music going. However, once the connection has been re-established it won’t automatically jump back to what was streaming before, you’d need to manually select a new station, playlist, or album to resume your previous listening. Please note in either case, offline experience are related to the mobile device versus the vehicle. In your experience, when Pandora switch to Offline Mode, do you receive a notification that you’ve gone offline, and then you’re unable to switch back to Online Mode later? Thanks for sharing any additional details about your experience.  ... Thanks for sharing the steps you’ve already tried, that’s always helpful. I did want to double-check something: when you uninstalled and reinstalled the Pandora app, were you prompted to log back in? I’m asking because the last device connection showing on your account is from 2022. A fresh reinstall and login should create a new connection on our end, so I just want to confirm that part. In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help further review. I'd like to ask that you try these steps again while the trace is enabled.  On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button. Select the Settings Gear icon  ⚙️ Follow the steps according to your TV menu: Select Apps → See all apps → Show system apps. Select Apps. Under System apps, select Pandora. Select Clear cache, then select Ok. If the issue still occurs, move on to the next step. Select Clear data, then select Ok. If displayed, select CLEAR ALL DATA, and then Ok. After completing the above steps, please power cycle your Sony by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes, and then plugging it back in. Hi @carterjuanita76  Welcome to the Community! I just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly, are you trying to delete a different Pandora account that’s under another email address? If so, you’ll first want to sign out of the account you’re currently logged into: Profile > Settings > Scroll down to the bottom > Sign Out Then sign back in using the email address and password for the account you’d like to delete. Before deleting the account, please double-check that you’re logged into the correct one. And if that account has an active paid subscription, be sure to cancel it first , deleting an account doesn’t automatically cancel the subscription. Are you using the built-in Pandora app directly on your GMC’s infotainment system, or is your phone connected (Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, or Android Auto)? If you’re using your phone, what type of device are you using (iPhone or Android)? When the connection drops, do you see any specific error messages on the screen? Does the music stop completely, or does it buffer and then resume? Have you noticed if this tends to happen in certain areas, or does it feel more random? Depending on how you’re connected, the troubleshooting can look a little different, so this will help point us in the right direction.
