Hi there, @Krispix. 👋 To set the sleep timer from your mobile device: Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar and select the Settings gear in the top right corner.  Next, tap Sleep Timer and set it to stop playing at your desired interval. You can choose to stop playing after 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. The sleep timer will visibly count down in your Settings menu. This means you'd be required to download the playlist again.  Could you share a bit more about what is happening? When you re-download the playlist, do you see that the song is greyed out? Does the song have an "Unavailable" or "Radio Only" label? Tap Watch or Phone when prompted to select the device. *Apple Watch Series 1 and 2 are not currently supported. Cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity is required to stream independently of a mobile device.* ++ Could you share a bit more about how you're listening and your experience? Which Apple Watch do you have? What version is your Apple Watch on? (Open the Watch app on your phone and go to General > About> Version) When you move away from your mobile device, are you using Bluetooth headphones? The website should not default to a specific song each time you visit to listen to your tunes.  It sounds like you may need to check the bookmark that you use to access Pandora. It should only be: https://www.pandora.com If there is anything added onto to it (e.g., https://www.pandora.com/#/genres/top), then erase that. That is most likely the problem. ++ Playlists: Listening to songs on-demand and creating playlists are a feature of Premium only.  We recently updated your search function so that you can look for on-demand content as well as radio stations that you might enjoy, without being a Pandora Premium subscriber. If you search for and tap on the name of an artist, song, or album, you'll be brought to a "backstage page," where you can either create a radio station or press play. If you press play you indicate that you'd like to listen to that content right away (or "on-demand"). Since only Premium subscribers can listen on-demand, you may see an ad for Premium, or be prompted to unlock a complimentary session of Premium. Keep in mind that upgrading to Premium or accepting a complimentary session of Premium is completely optional; you can close the ad and we'll create a station for you to listen to instead. To change the audio quality on a mobile device: Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar and select the Settings gear in the top right corner.  If you're a Pandora Premium subscriber: Then select Audio Quality & Download.  Next, select either High, Standard or Low quality audio settings for your cellular, Wi-Fi and offline listening.  ++ Here are the current bit-rates for each audio quality setting on Pandora Premium: Low (32kbps) Standard (64kbps) High (192kbps) Keep in mind that each setting will affect: Data used while streaming on your cellular network. Bandwidth used when listening on Wi-Fi. Device memory when downloading music for Offline listening. The following are general guidelines for each setting: Low audio quality is better for data efficiency and device memory. Standard audio quality balances data efficiency, sound quality and device memory. High audio quality is recommend for listeners with high fidelity audio systems, but will use more data and device memory. Hey there, @wesb1960. 👋 Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your offline tunes. I understand how frustrating this can be. Your offline collection will be removed if you uninstall or sign out of the Pandora app, or if you are unable to re-establish a connection with Pandora via a Wi-Fi or mobile network within 30 days. Or, is it possible that this might be occurring because there is not enough storage on your device? Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit. If it doesn't appear to be storage related, I'd recommend signing out of the app and signing back in, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes. If you continue to have trouble, check the download icon for the content you are attempting to download. The two rotating arrows indicate that the content is still in the download process and the highlighted downward pointing arrow means the content has successfully downloaded. If the icon is not highlighted, try downloading the content again and keep the app in the foreground while the offline music downloads. Keep in mind that stations and large playlists take a longer time to download. Windows 10 is a free upgrade for any Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 user, depending on hardware compatibility. You can find more information on how to update your OS here. Downloading any app from the Windows Store will require that you have a Microsoft account and password.
