Let's try some troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue.  First, try resetting the Pandora app from the Help menu (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you). Press Alt on your keyboard to bring up a menu options at the top of the page, then select Help and Reset App Data. If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling using the following steps: Locate Pandora in your Start Menu, and right-click to reveal an additional menu. Select Uninstall from the dropdown menu. From there, select Pandora from the list and confirm by selecting Uninstall once more. Next, find our app in the Windows Store on your device. Search for Pandora in the upper right corner and click or tap Get to re-install. Please note that downloading any application on your devices requires a Microsoft account and password, and it may be a different email address and password than those on your Pandora account. Also, we do not support Pandora on unofficial OS releases, like preview or developer builds. We only support Pandora on configurations that we have fully tested, so as to ensure the application will work correctly and not cause any problems with functions of the device. Hi @Truestory3364 , can you tell me more about this?  Is there an error message when this happens? If so, what does it say? Do you have trouble when going through a zone with no service? Does it skips or does it buffers? Do you start listening the song and then it moves to the next one and so on? In the meantime, I’ve enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what’s happening. For this trace to be useful, we’ll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps and then try to play Pandora once more. For the troubleshooting, first, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again. Only Pandora Premium listeners have access to the AutoPlay feature, so you are not seeing the AutoPlay setting because you don't have access to that feature. Thanks! Can you please try closing the app (no need to log out, just close it) after you pause the song? You see, when you just pause it, Pandora stays in the background, but is still active so it may show you the now playing tile as a way to keep it handy and easy to resume your streaming experience. But if you close it, it shouldn't be active on the background, therefore it shouldn't show the tile. So, can you please try that? To close the app (without logging out) you would need to swipe up from the button of your screen and stop on  the middle of your screen. This should display all the active apps as a preview. To close Pandora, you just need to swipe up Pandora's preview. Let me know what happens when you do this and if you continue to see the tile on your lock screen. ... View more
